RESERVE YOUR EVENT DATE(s)

This first step DOES NOT commit you to renting the Digital Easel.  Filling out a reservation form allows us to take your information, and make sure that an Easel is available for the date/time of your event, and to give you a guaranteed rental quote.
 
The rates published on this site are guaranteed rates (so you can know in advance the "worst case price") once we accept your reservation fee. Rates may vary depending on the area operators, or in-house service markets. 
 
You are not committed to the rental until we receive a deposit (the reservation fee - see below).

There are a limited number of Digital Easels available in each city, so reservations will be filled out on a first come first served basis, based on when we receive your reservation fee.

The Reservation Fee for a Single Day Event (or more) is: $250
The Reservation Fee Based on a “by the hour” rental is: $100

These reservation fees are 100% refundable if we are not able to fill your reservation with an available Digital Easel and Operator within 30 days of your Event (within 30 days you will have the option to leave the deposit to keep you in queue for potential cancellations that would make an Easel available).

These reservation fees are accounted for as a down payment towards the Total Event Cost.  Example: if you reserve a single day event at $1500, the reservation fee would be $250 and the balance due at the time of the event would be $1250.

Cancelled Reservations are non-refundable.
